All cookies are made to order. Please allow 48 hours from order placement to baking.

🕒 Business days are Monday–Friday.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are considered received the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday begin baking on Monday and ship once baked.

Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes miracles happen… sometimes ovens are full 😄
Rush orders may be available for a 24-hour turnaround, depending on availability.

Always! Every cookie is baked fresh to order — no pre-made cookies here.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — a minimum of 4 cookies, because sharing is biblical 😉

How big are the cookies?

We offer two heavenly sizes:

• Classic: 3.5 oz

• XL: 6 oz

Yes. Our kitchen processes nuts, and while we’re careful, we can’t guarantee zero cross-contact.

How do I store & reheat my cookies?

Because warm cookies = joy 😌

• Store: Airtight container for 5–7 days

• Oven: 350°F for 2–4 minutes

• Microwave: 8–10 seconds

• Freeze: In original packaging for up to 2 months

• From Frozen: Remove packaging and bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Since every order is custom and baked just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations once baking begins.

Will my cookies look exactly like the photos?

Each cookie is handcrafted, so no two cookies are exactly alike — just like us 🤍

Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?
